Langley covers the City and the Township, which in practice means everything from Fort Langley heritage homes to Willoughby subdivisions built inside the last twenty years. Both end up needing the same repair.
CALL 778-317-6476Willoughby and the newer Walnut Grove developments are hitting the age where original glass starts to fail. Homes built through the 2000s are now fifteen to twenty-five years old, and builder-grade sealed units from that period tend to be the first thing on the house to go.
The rural side is different again. Acreages toward Aldergrove and Otter District often have large south-facing glass with no shade and no neighbouring buildings to break the wind. More sun and more thermal cycling means a shorter life for the seal.

Sealed unit and replacement glass across the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.
