We take sealed unit work across to the Island regularly. Because it means a ferry, Island jobs are scheduled a little differently than mainland work — grouped together so the trip makes sense for everyone on it.

The practical difference is scheduling. Measuring and installing are separate visits, and on the Island we try to line up several properties in the same area for the same trip. Calling ahead rather than at the last minute makes that far easier to arrange.
A foggy pane almost never means the whole window has to go. In most cases the frame is sound and only the sealed glass unit needs replacing — measured on site, built to fit, and installed in your existing opening.
